I had a decent stay here! The bed was super comfy, and the room had a nice vibe overall. The location is prime for exploring the city, making it easy to get around. Plus, I really enjoyed the fresh croissants at breakfast — such a treat!

There were some major letdowns. The maintenance was pretty poor; I had to deal with a leaky shower and the pool was completely empty. the towels were not up to par and the outside could really use some sprucing up. Definitely room for improvement!

I enjoyed the room with excellent furniture, the bed was comfortable. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Jeddah.

This nice hotel worth its 4 stars, everything was good. The location was excellent near AlBalad area and the staff here was nice. Besides, it was right by the international cruise terminal and Near by gas station and the center.
